2022 - that’s a wrap!

Morning all,

It was the Year of the Tiger 🐯 but was it your year?

What would you consider to be your high point of 2022?

Looking back on the last 12 months, it's impressive what we have achieved together here in the Red Ox community ..

JANUARY saw our online #PubQuiz, our last social get together on Zoom as we made our way back to more face to face events 🧐

FEBRUARY introduced #Soundscape sessions from my studio, and the first of 28 pairs came to experience the power of sound & vibration ✨

Yoga for Teachers resumed at a local school, a great post-working day activity for them to enjoy 🧘🏻‍♀️

MARCH was busy, starting with the Red Ox/MWAH Fitness #CharityQuizNight at the Goldsmiths Arms - one of two live events raising funds for the Women's Hub 💕

16 of us enjoyed an afternoon of Wine & Cheese at the Bitter End, Bromley 🍷🧀

I accompanied my niece Sîana on the last leg of her #WalkForDementia - 100km covered and a fabulous £526 raised! 💷

It was also #IndependentWomensDay this month 💞

APRIL bought us the second Women's Hub event, the 'All Your Favourites' #CharityAerobathon at Beckenham Cricket Club - in total we raised a phenomenal £2,373! 💷

The Red Ox league tables were published - 4642 attendances clocked up by 75 individuals, wow! 👏

MAY kickstarted the studio makeover - new bifold doors to open up the space and give Zoom class attendees a better view 🪟

I also got my fab orange pop up banner 🧡

I attended a #CharitySpeedNetworking evening at the Bromley Court Hotel, and won a bottle of Möet for my efforts 🍾

Henrietta the Hedgehog came to stay .. a lovely surprise and we were sorry to see her go 2 months later 🦔

JUNE bought the 14th Bromley Scouts Summer Fete - great to take Pilates to a new family audience 👩‍👩‍👦‍👦

We revisited Pickhurst Park for the #SummerSeries Bootcamps 💪

I taught private small group sessions in clients' gardens whilst the weather was kind to us ☀️

JULY was a scorcher!
