Monday 22nd March will be the 1st Birthday of the Red Ox Zoom Express online class programme 🎉

Wow, what a year!

7500+ attendances completed by 150+ participants across 800+ classes - PHENOMENAL!

Thank you to every single person who has been part of this crazy year .. I appreciate every smiling face that pops up on my screen, and am grateful for your unwavering belief, support and energy!

To celebrate, all classes on the Zoom Express will be FREE next Monday 🥳

This birthday offer is open to existing members and newcomers, so please invite your friends to join us!

*Existing members should book in as usual on the app, and your class/es will be credited back onto your account.

* Newbies should contact me for their Zoom code and password.
