Please note that the following Zoom Express classes have been removed from the timetable:
Monday 10.15am Below the Belt
Monday 5.30pm BoxIt
Wednesday 5.30pm Combat
Friday 5.00pm Pump
These classes have had consistently low attendance for over a month now - they can still be accessed via the Zoom Directory for rental.
My apologies for any inconvenience, I hope you understand why it is not viable to keep these classes available on the live timetable.
‼️ Remember that 10 Class Passes purchased from 01st November have a TWO MONTH fixed validity (no extensions)

An afternoon of Yoga, Pilates and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing.
Held at Lake House Kent near Ashford, this event promises to deliver peace, tranquility and relaxation on the Winter Solstice.
Join us to celebrate the beginning of shorter nights and longer days.
Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the session.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat.
