Camping anyone?

Hi everyone,

It has been a challenging week! Thank you for your understanding when classes were cancelled at short notice on Tuesday & Wednesday - let’s hope next week is less eventful!

Speaking of events, I have TWO spaces remaining for the #NaturevNurture overnight camp on Sat 12/Sun 13 June. This 24 hour event in association with Ray Betts Adventures, involves Pilates, meditation and Yoga, fire starting, shelter building and toasting marshmallows. If you would like to join us or require a little more information before deciding, please let me know. All equipment will be provided, just bring yourself and an exercise mat!

Once pubs and restaurants reopen later this month, I’m looking to host a #WineandCheese soirée at The Bitter End Bar in Bromley, probably on a Sunday afternoon.

Places will be limited, and you will be asked to remain at your own tables once the tasting begins. Would you be interested in participating?

It will follow the same format as previous gin/vodka tasting events, so I hope to see those who enjoyed previous events at this one.

#ChampagneCoach on 4th July is now FULL 👏 the finer details will be forwarded to you nearer the time, but make sure the date is firmly in your diary!

I am so looking forward to seeing you all face to face again very soon.

As I mentioned last month, there will be a few amendments to The Zoom Express from 17th May. This is because I will be returning to Westcombe Park on a Tuesday morning, and the Pavilion for my Wednesday afternoon Primetime double.

Rest assured the online Zoom Express is here to STAY, and I sincerely hope you will stay with me - please message me with any concerns, or if you have any suggestions of requests for timetabling of classes. Class attendance will be monitored as we perhaps lose a few people if they choose to return to their club based activities. I will also be continuing with my outdoor programme The Sky’s the Limit, so if you fancy a change of scene and some fresh air there is plenty of space for newbies to join us .. 😊

I have made enquiries with the small local business Stuff, who provide branded and personalised clothing - she is currently sourcing some options for hoodies, vests/T-shirts, sweat towels and water bottles. These will be made to order to accommodate those who are interested. As soon as I have the design proofs and costings, I will let you know.

Don‘t forget to keep an eye on your class pass expiry date - you can request an extension of two weeks if you are unable to use it before it runs out. Please note only ONE extension is permitted per pass please.

Finally, Red Ox will be hosting the monthly #PopUpAestheticsClinic in association with Joseph.Aesthetics on Saturday 15th May. Vitamin B and D will be available, as well as skin boost treatments and eyelash growth serum. Should this be of interest to you, then please contact me for more information.

Have a great weekend everyone,

Tracey x
