Autumn brings you BootCamp 40 💪
Utilizing the outdoor terrain and open space, BootCamp 40 combines cardio and strength exercises using bodyweight for a fun and challenging 40 minute workout!
Bring a towel and water, and a mat if you require one.
As the temperature is starting to drop in the evenings, please bring layers that are easy to take on and off should you need to.
Meet at the bench on the perimeter path within the park, about halfway round and just by the church.
Sessions start from Saturday 2nd October
🌳 Mondays & Wednesdays at 6.30pm
🌳 Saturdays at 08.00am
All payments, bookings and cancellations should be made via the app. Please pre-book in advance - it is helpful to know who to expect for the session, thank you.
