From 6th September I will be moving the Outdoor Express a little closer to home, and I’m hoping that means a few more of you will be able to join me ..


Kings Meadow Recreation Ground (BR1 5AF) is easily accessible from either end via Burnt Ash Lane or Minster Road, where there is street parking for those of you who drive to class.


Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday throughout September there will be 2 x 30 minute sessions. Swing by for one, or stay for the double!


From October, when the evenings start drawing in, there will be 1 x 40 minute session on each of the days. Give it your all, and then get home in the warm!


All classes are bookable via the Red Ox Fitness app, with a choice of payment options. Suitable for all ages and abilities with modifications and progressions where appropriate, all you need is water and a mat.

Oh, and maybe a couple of layers to take on and off!
