#SummerSeries Bootcamps 🌳
❗️Book via the app, and join us at Pickhurst Park on Wednesdays 7.00-7.45pm, from 08th June - just bring water and a mat/towel!
This session is mixed ability, equipment free and can be modified to suit all ages and considerations - I would love to see you there!
Whilst we are on the #Summer theme, don’t forget this Saturday 4th June is the #SummerFete, hosted by Nortbrook Judo Club at Carey Scutt Scout Hall. Entry is FREE, I will be offering Pilates tasters and there will be cake! Sounds like a winning combination to me 🍰 we would love to see you there.
