🌳 The Sky’s the Limit Outdoor Group Training
Bootcamp on the Grid sessions resume this week - if you fancy a bit of fresh air and exercise now the evenings are getting lighter, we would love to see your face!

🐣 Easter Weekend
The app has been amended to reflect the classes that will run this coming Bank Holiday weekend - please book in as usual.

There will be a few amendments to the programme, effective from Monday 5th.
Please check the app calendar for all changes, and let me know if you have any questions.
Going forward the timetable will be revised every 6 weeks, the next update will be 17th May.

Personally disappointed that the 10 Rep and HIIT sessions have gone; I can understand why. ABC is okay but I miss the repetition element of the other two sessions.
