Good Morning everyone,
Can I tempt anyone to join me for a relaxing and healing SoundScape session?
💫 Today I have space on my Family SoundScape, from 4.15-5pm.
This class is perfect for any children who might like to end their half term week with a little chill out!
Please bring your parent/carer along with you - I'm pretty sure they probably need it too 😉
💫 Tomorrow it's adults only - join us for a SoundScape from 10.30-11.30am and ease yourself into the weekend
Both sessions are held at the Complementary Health Centre on Manor Road and can be booked via the app for just £12.50 per place.
If you still haven't tried SoundScape, now is the time!
Mats are provided, just grab your favourite snuggly blanket and maybe a pair of fluffy socks.
Treat yourself to some me-time and be wrapped in sound and vibration - you won't regret it!
