Firstly, a shout out to the one and only Vicki Roughley (pictured at front of photo) for completing the 482km Arch to Arc Enduroman Relay in 57 hours đ
Vicki ran, swam and cycled her way from London to Paris, arriving yesterday at 11.11am UK time - makes me feel quite lazy for my chilled weekend of festivals!
Those of you who are coming to this year's Wellness Weekend on Herm are in for a treat - Vicki is our resident Hypnotherapist and you will be in great hands.
Her mindset and determination is second to none and she will have some tricks up her sleeve for anyone wanting to change or challenge themselves.
There is still ONE place remaining on the retreat - maybe it has got YOUR name on it?
