Good Afternoon everyone,
After nearly 21 months of teaching online, I am currently reassessing my options for 2022. Classes are a lot quieter this year compared to 2020 and, whilst I appreciate circumstances are very different this year compared to the lockdown period, the number of attendees has continued to drop over the last few months. To give you some idea, October saw 42 individuals attend 335 classes on the Zoom Express, compared to the previous year of 66 individuals attending 549 classes. Our Membership peaked at 118 active members, whilst only 25 faces have shown themselves on screen so far this month .. Average class attendance has also diminished. Some sessions are still performing well, but 12 out of the 20 scheduled classes had less than 5attendees in October, and sadly that doesn’t make them cost effective. The Zoom Select is a popular option for those who have returned to work or are juggling ever-changing childcare commitments. However it does seem that the pre-recordings have had a negative impact on the live attendances. I am more than happy to continue providing the Express and Select programmes but (and I am being upfront and honest with you here) they have to be financially viable for me as well as convenient and worthwhile for you! As a current or previous attendee on the Zoom Express online programme, your views and suggestions are both very welcome and very useful to me. I would be grateful if you would answer the questions below (you could copy and paste them into a new email, and return to me) Please be honest - you won’t hurt my feelings! I need accurate and reliable feedback in order to make an informed judgement on where to take the online programmes next year. Thank you in advance for your assistance and cooperation - please have your say. 1. On average, how many classes a week do you regularly attend on the Zoom Express? 1b. If you NO LONGER attend classes on the Zoom Express, please give your reasons 2. Do/did you PAYG or buy the 10 Class Pass? 3. Do/did you consider it value for money? 3b. Would a small price increase discourage you from attending? 3c. Would you attend more frequently if an Unlimited Monthly Pass was introduced? 4. Is there anything else you would like to see included on the Zoom Express programme? 5. Please specify the ONE class you would not want to lose from the programme? I look forward to hearing from you 😊 Best wishes, Tracey x
Hi Tracey, Being a newbie I can tell you I love the outdoor morning bootcamp classes & having that as part of my new routine & hope they will continue. Not used your online classes, but from past experience of using other people's, they just don't work for me, as mentally I talk myself into doing everything else at home but exercising online! 😞 Hope that helps! Roz x
1. On average, how many classes a week do you regularly attend on the Zoom Express? I haven't attended any in the last 2 months 1b. If you NO LONGER attend classes on the Zoom Express, please give your reasons I am now back to working 7 days a fortnight, changing days each week, so find it hard to have a routine for the foreseeable future and can't seem to fit in any classes... admittedly I was attending because they were easy classes to get to...but I loved them! 2. Do/did you PAYG or buy the 10 Class Pass? a bit of both 3. Do/did you consider it value for money? yes definitely 3b. Would a small price increase discourage you from attending? no 3c. Would…
1. On average, how many classes a week do you regularly attend on the Zoom Express? 3-5 classes a week, this is a mixture of live and recorded. 1b. If you NO LONGER attend classes on the Zoom Express, please give your reasons 2. Do/did you PAYG or buy the 10 Class Pass? I buy the 10 class pass. 3. Do/did you consider it value for money? Yes I think it’s good vfm. 3b. Would a small price increase discourage you from attending? No, the zoom express and recordings really works for me not only with my work schedule but physically. I’ve seen better results from using the zoom express classes than I ever did attending the gym. 3c. Would you attend more frequently…
