How’s your week been?

Pretty uneventful here except a trip to the vet’s (for Lily the cat, not me!)

So just a bit of a general round up for you this week, and a reminder of the dates for your March events - I hope to see a few of you at one or both of the following ..

I will be team teaching alongside 6 of my fellow instructors, at an online fitness charity fundraiser.

All monies raised will go to Bromley & Croydon Women's Aid - please donate to this worthy cause via
