BootCamp - extra day!

Hi all,

As I'm running an event on Thursday and unable to teach the usual 7am BootCamp, there will be a class scheduled on Wednesday 21st to compensate.

The Christmas Eve 8am BootCamp is FREE!

There will be hot chocolate afterwards, so please join us .. fancy dress/accessories optional (ahh go on, it's Christmas!)

Bookings will be on the app as soon as I get a minute to sort it, but please come along ☺️
