Sit or lay back to relax both your mind and body whilst absorbing the sound and vibration created by crystal singing bowls. The bowls resonate at a frequency of 432hz and each is tuned to a note that is said to correspond with the chakras in your body to promote a sense of calm, relaxation and healing. You may want to bring an eye mask, an extra jumper or a blanket and a small cushion for your head to ensure maximum comfort.
