🍁 This week saw the launch of the Zoom Express autumn timetable - it’s good to see more of you back in classes, and welcome some new faces too.

🌳 The Outdoor Express relocated to Kings Meadow this week - it’s a great green space, and the flatter ground makes it a bit easier to stay level for Yoga & Pilates! Join us for the last few Mind & Body sessions of the year, before we switch to the Autumn/Winter Bootcamp schedule.
